Use prior or post a bath or shower on dry or wet skin. Do not use on the face, throat or broken skin.
Start at the feet gently sweeping the skin towards the heart to stimulate circulation. Create a circular motion on the stomach. Sweep from the hands up toward the heart.
Tap the brush after use to remove any skin debris. Wash bristles once a week in warm soapy water, rinse well and air dry naturally with the bristles facing downwards. Do not immerse the brush in water.
